McPHERSON & McPHERSON is a general law practice consisting of partners Joan H. McPherson, and her daughter, Molly M. McPherson. However, when it comes to seniority within the law firm, daughter Molly has it over Joan, as Molly started her law practice in 1994 when Joan was Superior Court Judge for Island and San Juan Counties. Joan left the bench to join Molly in January, 1997, forming McPHERSON & McPHERSON, P.L.L.P.

Both McPhersons have lived in Coupeville on Whidbey Island since 1970. They are involved in their community and know it and the surrounding area well. They are committed to the ethical practice of law
